Decision Intelligence

From Signals to Decisions

Most organizations collect data. Very few have a repeatable system for deciding what actually matters.

This project documents the architecture of a Decision Intelligence framework that monitors public information, qualifies strategic signals, filters noise, and translates external events into executive-ready recommendations.

Reverse Engineering an Executive Operating Model

I took a job description and reconstructed the business system behind it: the operating model, stakeholder map, success metrics, risks, and decision logic the role was really asking for.

Most candidates prepare answers. I built the system the interview was actually about.

Reverse Engineering Workforce Mobility

Traditional labor-market analysis measures demand. This project explored whether publicly observable hiring data could instead predict workforce mobility opportunities by modeling accessibility, skill progression, and advancement pathways.

Using Amazon as a case study, I developed a methodology for translating public workforce signals into executive decision intelligence around workforce development.

Finding the Market They Couldn't See

Traditional market segmentation groups companies by industry. This project explored whether stronger commercial opportunities may be hidden inside companies that share similar operating models rather than similar industry labels.

By modeling workforce structure, operational complexity, distributed operations, advancement pathways, and organizational design, I developed a repeatable methodology for identifying overlooked enterprise segments.
